The ecosystem of business is highly dynamic and it changes rapidly.  The only constant in the system is the change itself.  The main aim of IJBA is to provide an intellectual and practitioner engagement platform for exchange of knowledge, information, insight and evidence in the rapidly changing field of business and accountancy.  The scope of the Journal includes all functional areas of business and accountancy i.e. business law, corporate reporting, costing, economics, financial accounting, finance, financial planning, management, marketing, human resources, logistics, operations, quality, taxation and etc.
